How easy is it to apply?

Once we've had a chat about your requirements, I will post or email you an Application Kit.  It is very simple and once you complete the application and make copies of the required documents you post it back to me and I will submit it to the lender.

Loans are usually conditionally approved within 24 hours.

The lender will then instruct a valuer to contact you to value your home so they have an accurate figure to base your loan amount on. This takes about 3 days.

Once the valuation is completed, I get back in touch with you to confirm the final loan amount you require.  The lender's solicitor then sends the mortgage documents to a solicitor of your choice. You then go to the solicitor's office to sign the documents. Once the documents are returned to the lender, money is then available for you to draw on.

The whole process usually takes about 3 weeks if there are no unusual circumstances.
